Our Mission

Do what's right.
Say what's true.
Keep it simple.

Kingston Wealth Management Group was built on the belief that financial advice should be clear, honest, and coordinated—not complicated, product-driven, or one-size-fits-all. That hasn't changed in 15 years.

The Mission

We exist to help people make better decisions about their money—and to feel confident while doing it.

That means educating our clients on what matters, identifying risks before they become problems, and building strategies that evolve as life changes. We don't sell products. We solve problems.

We work hard to do what we believe is right for each individual. Part of doing what is right is to help identify those inevitable and unexpected life challenges, and work together to plot a course through them.

We want to earn your confidence, your respect, and a long-term relationship built on open and honest communication—the two cornerstones in the foundation of everything we do.

What we believe.

These aren't slogans on a wall. They're operating principles that shape how we build plans, hire people, and spend our time. If you share these beliefs, we'll probably work well together.

01 /
Independence matters.
No proprietary products. No sales quotas. No corporate parent telling us what to recommend. Our advice reflects what's right for you—full stop.
02 /
Coordination beats specialization.
Your investments affect your taxes. Your insurance protects what your plan builds. Your estate determines what actually gets passed on. Managing these in isolation is a mistake most people don't realize they're making.
03 /
Simplicity is a feature.
If you can't explain your financial plan in plain English, it isn't a good plan. We present strategies you can understand, challenge, and feel confident about—no jargon, no black boxes.
04 /
Relationships compound, too.
The best financial advice comes from someone who knows your full picture—not just your portfolio, but your family, your concerns, your timeline. That takes years, not a single meeting. We're built for the long term.
05 /
Transparency isn't optional.
You should always know what you're paying, why we're recommending something, and what we're doing with your money. We don't hide fees in fine print. We don't overcomplicate things to seem indispensable.
How We Got Here

Dean L. Spada founded Kingston in 2011 after spending the early years of his career at firms where the advice wasn't always independent. The product lists were corporate. The incentives weren't always aligned. The clients deserved better.

Kingston Wealth Management Group started small—one advisor, a handful of families, and a commitment to fiduciary advice that put clients first. That commitment attracted people who felt the same way, and the team grew organically around it.

Over fifteen years later, the firm has grown but the model hasn't changed. We're still small by design. Most of our clients live within an hour of our South Windsor office. Dean and Kevin still sit across the table from every family we work with.

We've stayed independent because it's the only way to give advice we can stand behind. We've stayed small because it's the only way to give attention that actually matters.
